EV Connectors offer a variety of delivery charges, depending on the service you require and location. Simply enter your delivery location into the shopping basket 'shipping quote' for available delivery charges to your location. Each delivery of the Goods shall be accompanied by a delivery note detailing the order specification and our Warranty & Product Care Details.

How our returns procedure works
Ordered the wrong product
Not a problem! Follow the details 1-4 to return your cable to us. Please note, no returns will be accepted outside 14 days of receipt or if used.
Cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel the order from our system and arrange a full refund. If the item has been dispatched, please do not accept delivery and the goods will be returned to our office. Return freight charges will apply. If you have already taken delivery, follow step 1-4 to return your cable to us. Please note, cancellations cannot be made outside 14 days.
01. Register your return
Login to your account which can be found using the icon at the top right hand corner of the header section of the home page and click ‘My orders’
02. Select Return Button
Once you have accessed your account select the order that you would like to return
03. Review Items to be returned
Now that you have selected the product(s) that you would like to return you will need to complete the returns form
04. Select send your request
Once your return form has been checked a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the return
